Monday

Every Monday (except the last Monday of the month), come and join us indoors for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet at Oasis Sports Centre, Studio 1.

 

Monday (Women & Non-Binary People)

  • 6:45pm – 8pm on the last Monday of the month

Learning to box can bring a lot of physical and mental health benefits, and we’d like to encourage more LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people to take up the sport. That’s why on the last Monday of each month our class at Oasis Sports Centre studio 1 will be just for them.

 

Monday (Sparring)

  • 6:45pm – 8:30pm

  • Bermondsey Boxing Club, 153 Tower Bridge Road, SE1 3LW

Every Monday, take your boxing to the next level with our sparring class at Bermondsey Boxing Club. The class is open to anyone who has been approved by the head coaches. We also run a regular ‘Intro to Sparring’ course which helps prepare you over 5 weeks to give it a go.

 

Wednesday (Existing Members Only)

  • 7:15pm – 8:30pm

  • Sobell Leisure Centre, Hornsey Road, N7 7NY

Every Wednesday, come and join us indoors for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet in the boxing gym on the 1st floor of the Sobell Leisure Centre.

 

Thursday

  • 7:15pm – 8:30pm
